Cme Omnibus Reporting Agreement

It is published on 2 February 2008 and will be published to summarize the reporting requirements for large traders for CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX and the Dubai Mercantile Exchange (“DME”). Rule 561 (“Significant Position Reports”) requires members of the Closing Committee, omnibus accounts and foreign brokers to report daily on all items listed in accordance with the Position Limit Table, Position Accountability and Reportable Level in the Interpretations section at the end of Chapter 5 of the CME Codes, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX. Article 561 appears on page 2 of this communication. Omnibus accounts must send reporting trader positions directly to CME Group File Server via FTP. Omnibus FIUs may submit large dealer positions with the COMPANY`s alpha identifier assigned by the CFTC. Clearing members, omnibus accounts and foreign brokers report daily to the Exchange on all positions that must be reported in accordance with the table of position limit, position calculation and level to be reported in the Interpretations section at the end of Chapter 5. . . .
