Gla Framework Agreement

The Contract and Funding Code explains how the mayor, elected members and public servants must ensure that they are able to clearly account for expenditures and that the money is spent effectively, effectively and in accordance with the legal competences, obligations and governance framework of the GLA. The GLA received grants from the ERDF to cover the first installation and the professional costs associated with this contracting. However, no payment to the solution provider under a contract that can be awarded under this procedure is conditional on the granting of ERDF grants. The same applies to housing providers who can benefit from additional subsidies. This notice of contract (and related purchase documents) is published in good faith. There is no guarantee as to the accuracy or completeness of the information it contains. Responsibility for inaccuracy or incompleteness is expressly prohibited by the GLA and its advisors. Nothing in this notice (or in the corresponding market documents) is considered an offer (tacit or otherwise) or an explicit or tacit agreement between the GLA, another contract within the reach of the contracting powers and another party. The GLA reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify the tendering process and may, on the basis of this call for competition without any responsibility, fully, fully or fully award framework innovation partnership agreements and/or framework agreements. The conclusion of one or more innovation partnership contracts or framework agreements does not guarantee that the level of service and/or construction work will be called by the contracting entities (hereafter defined). Neither the GLA nor a contracting authority at hand is responsible for the costs or expenses incurred by an economic operator when it takes into account the procurement process and/or reacts and/or results from a modification or cancellation of these contracts.
